曼谷庫邦 SENS 酒店 (SENS Hotel Bangkok - Kubon)

這是一間非常糟糕的旅店，從出發前就寄email聯繫有關於住宿的相關問題，寄了三次連理都不理，在Trip上反應我們對噪音很敏感，結果還是安排在一樓的房間，超級吵！一走進房間、滿滿的黴味及醫院的味道，地上非常的髒！沙發及床上塵蟎很嚴重，一坐上就身體發癢！冰箱發黴甚至還有垃圾未清！我們向Trip反應，得來的卻是不聞不問！我們原先預定三個晚上住宿，但實在無法忍受假期，住這種如此糟糕的旅店，隔天早上立馬退房前往其它間乾淨的旅店！退房時，櫃檯人員都不會問說為什麼提早退房！Google上面的評論是用買的嗎？跟實際入住差別非常大… 乾淨由疑慮的飯店真的是騙外國人來入住，傻眼🙄 This is a terrible hotel. Before our 訂房網站, we sent emails three times to ask about our stay, but never received any response. We even noted on Trip that we are very sensitive to noise, yet we were still assigned a room on the first floor—it was extremely noisy. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong musty smell mixed with a hospital-like odor. The floor was very dirty. The sofa and bed seemed full of dust mites—just sitting down made our bodies itch. The refrigerator was moldy and even had leftover trash inside! We reported these issues to Trip, but received no response at all. We originally booked a three-night stay, but we simply couldn’t tolerate spending our vacation in such a terrible hotel. The next morning, we immediately checked out and moved to another clean hotel. When checking out, the front desk staff didn’t even bother asking why we were leaving early. Are the reviews on Google fake? The actual experience is completely different from what’s advertised. This so-called “clean” hotel feels like a scam targeting foreign guests. Absolutely suck 🙄

溫入住體驗超預期！房間整潔溫馨，服務貼心周到，早餐豐富美味。位置便利，周邊景點輕鬆可達。員工熱情友好，讓旅程倍感舒適。強烈推薦給尋求放鬆的旅客，下次旅行首選這裡！

新酒店，衞生方面有一説一還是不錯的。值得注意的是這其實是一個老年療養院的酒店，每個房間衞生間都有那種殘疾人的保護設施，房間裡有一種醫院裡的那種説不出的味道，床品也真的很差，被子特別特別厚，不蓋冷蓋了很熱，太難受了

前台服務員非常殷勤，尤其是幫忙call車 房間面積很大，整潔，附設無障礙廁所很適合一家大細，唯獨是很多蚊蟲在露台外。

A good hotel. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. It has everything you need for comfort. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and it's clean. There are plenty of places to eat and drink coffee nearby!

初日スリッパが部屋に無かったですが、ロビーでお願いしたら貰えました トイレにはタイ式ウォシュレットがなかったです。 ドライヤーはありましたが、鏡がある場所にコンセントがないため、髪型を整えるのが大変でした 車椅子のお客様用？なのかシャワールームに椅子がついています そしてドアはありませんでした。 部屋からの景色は良かったです

Such a nice hotel! This is my frist time solo訂房網站.l chose hotel for it diverse facility,especially for GYM and swimming pool.The stuffs of hotel are enthusiasts,this make me feel like at home. The surroundings are full of hustle and bustle.There are a big shopping mall just outside the hotel,IEON 、711 was included.l watch local’s football competition next day morning.The only lack of hotel is that there is far away from the downtown.lt cost me 2 hours from BKK to get here.But overall I will recommend it to everyone who wanna a nice holiday in Bangkok!
