里瓦維布霍特爾曼谷由PCL酒店管理 (Riva Vibe Hotel Bangkok by PCL)

飯店位置非常方便，出門就有一間tops，離icomsiam步行只需5分鐘。2樓有公共區域，讓大家可以聚集聊天喝咖啡，很驚訝有提供熱水，非常貼心。飯店人員也很親切！此次住4樓可以清楚看到BTS運行，可惜房間隔音稍差，注重睡眠品質的人需要自備耳塞。且飯店位置在路口，整晚好似睡在路邊，使用耳塞的狀況下仍1.2小時會被呼嘯而過的汽機車吵醒。除了這個部分其餘都非常好。

房間小，吵，與描述不符，共四層鐵架結構，不是外觀歐式建築，不安全，昨天凌晨三點半被火災喇叭警報吵醒，，語言沒有中文，因語言有限，聽不清，約一會聽到確認緊急情況要趕快撤離，沒拿行李趕緊走樓梯下，大堂及外面己很多歐美人拿著行李在外面了，從房到外面沒有發生什麼緊急情況，應該是報警誤報，但從開始到四點半，中間，沒有前台，所有酒店電話沒人接，並沒人出來安慰解釋，約五點有工作人員説誤報，可以回房了，直到退房，沒有任何解釋，屬強買，強賣，所定房價為350元，並先扣付，到店再付350元，，即入住即入住一晚需付700元，離店視時間退回一次房費，其他酒店的是一千泰幣約二百元按金，退房退還，

這是續住的評論，因為飯店位置絕佳（半島酒店旁），如果從湄南河對岸BTS出來後，要往右下樓層走坐橘線渡船5元，直達對岸碼頭下船，沿著小公園及圍牆走200公尺約5分鐘就到了。 不論前台服務或是2樓公共空間（提供咖啡機、沙發、電視及自助洗衣烘衣）都好方便。 走到Icon 僅750公尺需要15分鐘，距離飯店200公尺就有7-11便利商店。

飯店才剛開幕一個多月、服務很好 床舒服 免費的咖啡飲料水果真的超棒棒 !

เข้าไปพักคืนแรกท่อน้ำไหลไม่ลง แฟนเราโทรสอบถาม Reception ผู้ชาย ตกลงว่าจะแก้ไขให้ เรารอนาน เลยโทรไปอีกครั้งเป็นผู้หญิงรับ แจ้งว่า น้ำต้องรอไหลลง 20 นาที และช่างจะมาพรุ่งนี้ เราเลยคุยเองถามว่า นี่เราต้องอาบน้ำแล้วรอไหลลงรอบละ 20 นาที แค่เปิดไม่ถึง 5 นาที น้ำก็ท่วมแล้ว ต้องรอจนกว่าช่างจะมาแก้พรุ่งนี้หรอ น้ำท่วมนะคะ สรุปได้ว่า ที่ไหลไม่ลง เนื่องจากติดที่ดักกลิ่นแน่นเกินไป ไม่มีช่างและแม่บ้านในตอนกลางคืน ทำให้ Reception ต้องหาอุปกรณ์มาแงะฝาท่อแทน โดยต้อง Video call กับช่าง และหายไปหากุญแจห้องช่างหาที่แงะอีก 30 นาที ทำให้ใช้เวลารอเกือบ 2 ชั่วโมงกว่าจะได้อาบน้ำเที่ยงคืน ก่อนที่จะต้องรอ เราเช็ค availability ผ่าน Trip เห็นยังมีห้อง Room Type เดียวกับเราเปิดให้จองอยู่ เราจึงขอ Request เปลี่ยนห้องไป เพราะไม่ต้องการรอ แต่ทาง Reception แจ้งว่าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนห้องได้อีก เพราะไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาด เรางงเพราะว่าแล้วถ้ามีคนจองตอนนี้จะกด Cancel Booking หรอ ทำไมไม่ปิด allotment วันที่ 2 เข้าพักห้องที่เล็กกว่า กลิ่นท่อรุนแรงจนอยู่ไม่ได้ เข้ามาแทบจะเป็นลม จนต้อง Check out ออกเอง เพราะเอาที่ดักกลิ่นมาใส่ก็น้ำไหลไม่ลงอีก เราจ่ายคืนแรกไปในราคา 3,300 บาท หวังว่าจะได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่านี้ แค่เราอพยพจากแผ่นดินไหวก็เหนื่อยมากแล้ว ถ้าไม่ได้ Reception ผู้ชายคนนั้น เราคง Check out ออกตั้งแต่คืนนั้น อยากให้ช่วยปรับปรุงนะคะ ตอนแรกจะแนะนำให้ญาติมาพักยาวๆ ตอนนี้ขอพักก่อนเลยค่ะ ✋🏻

アイコンサイアム徒歩10分圏內のホテルです。宿泊費も安いし、水飲み放題だし、カフェ・オ・レを作るコーヒーメーカーも飲み放題で結構良いホテルです。またリバーサイドにあるので主要な観光地に行くのに便利。ムーブミーというトゥクトゥクを呼ぶアプリを使えばホテルの近くまで來てくれるのでそれも便利です。

Booked the smallest room. That wasn’t available the day before check in so 訂房網站 customer service helped me with an upgrade. At check in the room I got smelled of plumbing and I asked for another room. And the hotel was really nice to help me find another room. I was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Now this is the second time I stay at this hotel in short time. The service is great. There is a coffee machine on the second floor. They service cereal, juice, and fruit (apple and oranges) every morning between 6-10. The room has a hair dryer. No fridge but you can keep your drinks cold in the fridge on the second floor. Where you will also find bottles of water and a kettle (also not in the room). A simple gym is also on the second floor. Outdoor gym on the 4th floor, just 2 bikes or cross trainer (didn’t take a closer look). I had 3 different rooms on my two stays combined. The bed is comfortable and depending on which room you book the placement of the ac changes. If you don’t like the ac blowing straight at you then don’t pick the smallest room. The beds are comfortable. And the interior is nice. Staff is service minded and will do everything to try to accommodate you. Laundry machines also on second floor. Walking distance to icon Siam. And bts. And sathon pier. 7 eleven and super markets nearby. Massage places nearby. Now the only thing to think about if you are sensitive to smells. It depends on how lucky you are. One room smelled of plumbing and I got a new room that had a faintest smell (fish sauce left out over night). The second night after cleaning the smell was even smaller. I bought an herbal inhaler to keep next to the pillow. The first time I stayed at the hotel I had the same issue. The first room had the faintest smell. And then I asked for a new room which didn’t have that problem at all. There are these tiny drain flies that are often seen in moist environments, such as near drains, sinks, or sewage systems. So probably why it smells. If you can’t stand this I recommend you book another hotel. Because all rooms I stayed in had drain flies.
