ของหายในโรงแรมที่เข้าพักหลังจากเข้าพักไป 1 คืนและออกไปข้างนอก แขวนป้ายให้เข้ามาทำความสะอาด หลังจากกลับเข้ามาพบว่าของได้หายไปจากจุดเดิมที่วางไว้ ของที่หายเป็นน้ำหอมขวดใหญ่ (แบรนด์ โจมาโลน) ตั้งไว้คู่กับอีกขวดที่ขนาดใกล้เคียงกัน (แบรนด์ ซาร่า)คืนวันแรกที่เข้าพัก มาเช็คอินและเข้าห้องพักตามปกติ เช้าวันถัดมา 26/06/68 ออกไปทำธุระข้างนอก โดยได้แขวนป้ายทำความสะอาดไว้หน้าห้อง กลับเข้ามาช่วงดึกคืนวันที่ 26/06/68 ปรากฏว่าน้ำหอมขวดนึงที่แฟนใช้ฉีดก่อนออกจากห้องได้หายไป ได้ลงไปแจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับในคืนนั้น และนอนพักตามปกติ เช้ามาไปสอบถามอีกครั้ง พนักงานต้อนรับ เปิดรูปที่แม่บ้านถ่ายไว้ให้ก่อนทำความสะอาดมาให้ดู ปรากฏว่าในรูปเป็นรูปที่ถ่ายหลังทำความสะอาดเสร็จแล้ว เพราะหลังจากเช็คอินเข้าห้องพัก ได้แช่น้ำเปล่า 2 ขวดเข้าตู้เย็นทันที ทำให้รูปที่เขาแจ้งมาจึงไม่ตรงกับความเป็นจริงที่แจ้งว่าเป็นรูปถ่ายก่อนทำความสะอาด และถ่ายไม่ติดภาพทั้งหมดของพื้นที่ส่วนที่วางของ

Comfortable Stay with a View at Sky Dome Hotel, Thailand! I recently stayed at Sky Dome Hotel during my 訂房網站 to Thailand, and it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended! We had a 4 great night and smooth stay. Buffet breakfast’s perfect to start the day for every traveler. Staffs were friendly and polite. Our room was cleaned everyday and no issues whatsoever as our things were arranged and nothing was ever lost. Our towels were change everyday and toiletries and coffees were also replenished everyday. The rooftop bar and sky view was so amazing at night. You can be relax while watching the city view and listening to the acoustic and even star gazing! 🌃

I’m usually very kind and most definitely honest with my reviews. It’s not very often I give such a poor rating to a hotel. In fact, this may just be the first one. Cleanliness - Hotel is clean but don’t expect too much out of it. Just the basic cleanliness so average. Location - The location is really off from the main city if that’s what you’re coming for. (I.e. Sukhumvit, Thong lo area, etc.) It’s sort of a town of it’s own with not much to do. There’s a McDonald’s nearby and a gas station sorta close by. Service - This is where the hotel absolutely ruined it for me and themselves! Talk about customer service :/ For a start, this place will try to charge you for absolutely anything and everything. I’d asked for some extra pillows at the reception since their provided pillows was sort of old and not much of a support while sleeping. 50 baht per pillow goes the receptionist. Next day I requested a slightly later checkout by 1 pm instead of 12pm because I had a lot of luggage to pack. Sir we charge 120 baht per hour late checkout goes the lady. It’s not so much about the money, just the intention to try and charge for anything to make money! Absolutely horrible customer service!! You’ll find much better hotels at just a few dollars higher in Thong lo area. It’s worth paying for their attention to customer’s needs compared to this place!

โรงแรมเงียบสงบ โลเคชั่นดีติดถนนหลัก ทางโรงแรมมีดาดฟ้าบรรยากาศดี ถ้าเข้าพักที่โรงแรมจะมีคูปองแลก mocktail ฟรี 2 แก้ว ค่ะ เรื่องความสะอาดขอหักคะแนน เข้าไปเหมือนยังทำความสะอาดไม่เรียบร้อย เจอขวดน้ำในถังขยะ แมลงสาบที่พื้น วัสดุภายในห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเก่า พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม โดยรวมก็โอเคค่ะ ถ้าปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดและบำรุงของใช้จะดีมากค่ะ
