At such a price point, we expected more from Taj. The TV didn't work even after reporting twice and the staff checking twice. Eventually all of us gave up. The AC was wonky and the bed creaked at every turn. Truly disappointed. Redeeming factor has to be the front desk staff. However, it's also disappointing that there is no schedule for the shuttle that runs from the front of the hotel to the airport. Only stay here if you're desperate.

All good, clean , good service From T1..you just follow the sign board 2-3 min walk to hotel. From T2..take free bus from T2 to T1. When you leave the bus , u gonna see sign board to walk to hotel, just 2-3 min walk.to hotel.

Walking distance from Terminal 1. Great choice to stay if arriving late in Bengaluru or if you are flying out early. As with other Taj hotels, amenities and service are excellent!

Right at the airport but have to walk a bit. Good rooms. Pool and gym are ok. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

It’s hard to fault the Taj Bangalore. The location is right on the doorstep of Kempegowda Airport, which makes it very convenient for catching early flights, The service was was very good. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful, polite, and eager to please. The rooms and the hotel in general were clean and in good order. The food in the restaurants was prepared to a high standard and delicious. There is, however, one area which I feel falls little short, the back office. I wrote two emails asking for assistance on how best to get to the hotel from the international terminal. Both went unanswered. This proved to be a real inconvenience as there was no signage on how to get to the hotel from the terminal. The check in process took a lot longer than usual. The staff were apologetic and polite, and it seemed they were struggling with a system that was either slow or not fully functioning. , what rating to give the Taj Bangalore. Overall 8pm of 10. It deserved more, but the back office let the rest of the team down.
