Hotel staff was very polite and helpful but the condition of room was not upto the mark. Cleanliness was missing as doors had stains , pillow covers did not looked clean.

The hotel was nice and near to bus stop.The room was clean and staffs are well behaved.Comfortable place to stay for short period.One problem was AC was not working in our room.. Otherwise everything was fine..

it was one day stay. they've neat and clean rooms. they disappointed me in complimentary breakfast. they've mentioned like breakfast will be provided till 11AM. but they said like it was over by 10 itself. then I asked again to provide again.

Bad food, room was decent but there were so many cockroaches roaming around the bed. Also the breakfast location was poor.

I frequently come to Bangalore for work and require a 3 weeks stay which is affordable, adequate and closer to my office. I found Hotel Balinova perfect for this. Also it is present in a good area with lots of options where I can get my meals for temporary stay. The cleanliness and amenities provided are also upto mark.

The stay was fine. We got hot water 24/7, the bed was fine and soft any issues in the room was attended quickly and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.
