They didn't provide us breakfast as promised and the curtain in the room is damaged and it fell in my head

The stay was worst ever i had experienced in my lifetime. When we arrived at the property, there was no one in the reception and waited for an hour outside for the room keys. The room wasn't cleaned after the previous customers had vacated. The bed sheets were not replaced, we could literally see 20-30 hair follicles on the bed. Washroom was completely pathetic, there was all leg dust marks and paan parag spit on the washroom floor and the flush wasn't working at all to flush the water. Very worst experience. I would never suggest anyone again in the lifetime for this property stay.
