The room wasn't same as per the photos and the rooms and total atmosphere found as dirty and pathetic. But I have stayed there as I don't have any other option to take quickly. AC was not working properly and I have raised the complaint. There is no hygienic measures in terms of cleaning/washing of the bed sheet, pillow, blanket etc. It will be only suits for short term fun

The hotel is located right in the heart of Indiranagar—can’t beat the location! Everything you need is nearby, and that's the biggest highlight. The rooms are decent for the price, which is quite affordable. The service has always been good during my stays. Yes, it’s an old building, but it still carries a charm and hasn’t lost its good touch. I’ve stayed here multiple times and would recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay in a prime area.

The location is the main attraction of this property . It is located in the very lively indiranagar 12 th main . 100 ft road is just a few metres away . Everything is available at a stone throw's distance . The rooms are old but manageable .Staff's were courteous . If you are looking to stay in a prime location in bangalore on a budget, go for it

Very pathetic service. Rooms are not clean. Not even providing a bottle of water. Asks for money if we ask for water bottles. First guy we met in lobby kept on telling that water bottle will be delivered to room in 5 minutes. When we came back after shopping another guy was there in the lobby. He told me that there is a shop located nearby. If you need water you can go and buy from there and there is no provision if providing water bottle in rooms.

I have stayed at a dozen hotels in (octave crystal heights, Indiranagar). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
