Front end desk manning people are terrible! they did not give me the booked room, gave me a downgraded room, saying rooms are not available. They sold it to someone, maybe at a higher price. Upon contesting, they responded, "you may cancel the booking on mmt. However, mm t did not have this option of cancel-ling without any charge!

Worst to worst, they are very commercial, non human people. Horrible service. Totally waste of money. I lost 10000= in water, it’s more better staying in public park. They don’t have humanity. I requested, i’m doctor also, but they are merciless. Torture. For there horrible service i stayed half day only skipped two nights. My request to all never ever step into these type of horrible hotels.

They charged us extra for cleaning lenins and bed spread and they told they will charge it from customer only

Well maintained property. Non smoking rooms. Swift service. On the top of it. Neatly maintained rooms. Thought rent is bit costly but worth a stay! indeed tasty breakfast! adding a smile on reception staff can improve ratings!

In prime location. Did not try the food in the restaurant as it is not 'Pure veg'. The bathroom is very small and congested. Staff behaviour is good.

Good location ! Food is good and affordable! Not much maintains the property. Lift was under maintenance for 3 days ! Staffs are really friendly and polite , except the reception guys !!

We stayed therir for 3 days with family 2 comfort room first day they gave both room on back side that were not good but next they gave good room on front side , comfortable stay with family , it was my 3rd time stay in hotel

Good Location, clean rooms,cost to comfort are not proportional.Exarbitent prices for snacks. even kettle coffee,kept in room was charged 80rupees
