Property's location, food, and amenities are okay but the cleaning and washroom conditions are bad. Cockroaches run across the washroom and beds are not properly cleaned.

Very dirty bathroom and restaurant service was also poor. Room was suffocating so requested to change the room

Got an invalid room card to be replaced again have to visit reception with luggages. Non english speaker at the reception gave the same room to my boss who booked higher grade with higher rate. Full of smell of cockroaches and they are here and there. During prayer, one cockroach came to my leg and disturbed me.
