there was no proper hotel in all things . my money should be refunded .no keys system to enter the room . at night 5 times the light went ... and in breakfast nothing was on the table and was not at all taste ...

Worst in food. Worst in hospitality. Committed happy hours drinks free but end of the day taken charges for the same very rudely. Staff & management is very uncooperative. Overall very bad and worst experience.

Hotel is not as expected and there is no parking and the restaurant is too bad there is no service finally the maintenance is bad

The price point that is being charged, the rooms and not well kept. Issues with power, escape window doesn't close properly and so the air conditioning doesn't function well. Hygiene of the complimentary stuff like tea bags are kept in plastic pouches! after requesting to speak with gm and manager, took them 45mins to respond. The breakfast here is below average here.

Swimming pool & bath tub weren't there we specifically selected this property for these reasons as my kids love to have them, it was a great disappointment and money spent wasn't worth due to false promises.

Price is more than a normal hotel, if you add little anyone can stay at 5 star property. Location is okay but stay is not good, bathroom lock has problem, flash has problem etc etc

The hotel is located in a very upscale area. The website suggests it's 4 star facility. However, it's nowhere close. The rooms are not maintained. The wooden flooring is broken, the washroom basin was broken. Will not recommend to anyone.
