Worst experience ever. Very rude behavior from the hotel staffs. The hotel teams misbehaved and charging extra amount for giving the room. Not recommending this hotel

I had an excellent stay at Golden Residency . The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Ac is not working properly, hot water not coming on time, 2 keys are used to open the door, reception not responding properly, no breakfast
