酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

I’ve always associated Taj with exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences, which is why this particular stay was honestly very disappointing and stressful for me. While some staff members, especially Ayushi, were kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help, the overall experience lacked proper communication, coordination, and accountability. Before checkout, I called the front desk multiple times requesting that everything please be prepared in advance so I could leave smoothly for my flight. Unfortunately, the calls kept getting disconnected or were simply hung up, and the checkout process became extremely stressful. Because of the delays and mismanagement, I ended up losing money and even missed my flight. There were also unexpected laundry charges that were unclear to me, as I was never shown a proper receipt or breakdown during the process. What made this more upsetting is that I’ve had wonderful experiences with Taj in the past, so my expectations were naturally very high. This stay unfortunately did not reflect the level of service and care I’ve come to expect from the brand. I truly appreciate the few individuals who personally tried to help, but overall this experience left me disappointed and exhausted rather than relaxed and cared for.
