Worst room with zero hygiene non cooperative hotel staff person, toilet was not cleaned even toilet seat was having strains, taps were having leakage, inspite of informing to reception and house keeping no staff members attended to my request and i was given on options just to pass night in such a pathetic room a action is needed and will request for refund. I want my refund nothing short of that. I am a regular customer who used make my 訂房網站 for hotel booking. I want justice in this case. Treat this on high priority

Always a nice place to stay. This was my 2nd visit to the hotel and it's the same what was expected. Food is good, service is on spot. The property however could upgrade themselves in room aesthetics. Rest all is fine for a business 訂房網站 when you are mostly out for work.

Good and convenient experience. But it has become a dead place off late i guess due to construction happening on the road room and room service was fine. But the towels, bed linen and bed board was smelling of ciggarette smell very strongly

Such a fake management. After booked suit room they accommodate in executive rooms & asking for extra money which was not relevant. Room service was not available 24\7 those info was not mentioned during check in, basic amenities like extra water bottles was charged which was not expected to staying in suit. Won’t visit this property again & also won’t recommend to anyone in future.
