Although short but It was a good stay. Smooth check in and neat and clean. They arranged the extra bed ahead of time which was great!

everything is good but but we are suffering with Telivision,I don't see any IPL match in the room.an another word it's hotel is very helpful for my office work because of its near the BEML.

They don’t provide all the amenities which is been mentioned and management is very bad - won’t listen completely and cut the phone and rooms are not so neat. It’s below average

it's very unfortunate to mention the review because expectations 1. you are giving offers for instance free laundry but hotel doesn't agree . 2. you offer breakfast free but they don't give proper / systematic or clean breakfast. in short the experience is very bad.

The stay was okay. The staff was courteous, the cleanliness was well-maintained, and the location was convenient. However, the amenities could use some improvement.

The room was not cleaned at all. The maress cover was dirty and there was no bed sheet given. Tiles were very bad and dirty. Bathroom was not good. I needed to call in reception for these. Secondly, water cattle was not there. No tooth kit was available. No cups were given. Coffee sachets not given on Day 2. It was pathetic. In addition to that, the breakfast charges were added approx Rs. 400. Only Rs. 45 dosa with Rs. 20 Coffe were given on Day 1. That was also bought from local. No hygiene . On Day 2 volueentrly gave on breakfast. Secondly the complimentary snacks with coffee was written, so thy have given coffee with 10 Rs biscit. So my experience was terrible.

This is my 2nd time with urban jade. It is good in all aspects cleaning, responsibly and hospitality is awesome. Also it is cost friendly.

room was smelling cockrochs were roaming in the room tap was broken and water was drastically leaching from shower and splashing on the plug point of the exhaust fan which was life threatening and when I complained to the receptionist he very casually says if this is the problem we provided bucket and mug so use it and take a shower we stayed for 2 days and 2 night and it was the worst experience I had in any hotel Definitely don't recomand
