Although the location was close to my place of interest, I was not happy with my stay. It is run by a skeletal level of staffing. The room service was bad..... it took multiple calls to remind them, and then they deliver it to the wrong room. There was no hot water in the shower. on the whole.... it's ok to just park your luggage and sleep for the night, but don't expect any service

Batroom shower was totally damaged. Services are not at all satisfying with a bad smell in the room for the whole day stays.

Overall it is a good experience. Hotel stay was good. Food was good. Little disappointment because of non availability of various items mentioned in their menu card. But overall the hotel is good for family.

Its a nice hotel to stay & move around chamrajpet area other tourist interest spots. They have got a hotel & bar and we can order food to room & taste is nice, not all that costly. Reception & service is courteous nothing to complain. I just wonder why the ratings given are poor. Management should look in to the ratings & reveiw. Overall it’s nice experience to me throughout my stay.
