Extremely slow and rude service from reception, food was ok but again the service was very slow. The staff were talking and playing music very loudly throughout our stay so clearly they did not show any consideration towards guests.

Average hotel having non cooperative staff, even didn’t provide basic amenities, towels, soap, shampoo etc.

1. No person available at reception regularly or even on normal day time. 2. Wifi facility not extended and avoided giving the password with silly excuses. 3. Clean room, washroom and other facility maintenance is good.

Poor experience. Dirty towels, no one at the reception ever to take requests. Someone(housekeeping) entered my room behind my back and didn’t clean the room. Found the room open

The experience is good, the rooms are very nice and clean with all the basic things and good fittings. The staffs are good, the restaurant is also very good. You’ll enjoy your stay at the price they are offering that’s really very value for money.

They have taken my identity proof for taking xerox and never returned it to me. When asked during check out they have told it’s not there with them

No proper room cleaning. During my whole they hv not cleaned the room and not changed the blankets. In my prev experience with same range f hotels i used to hv kettele and tea bags as complementary. But we dont hv these here. Due to lack f individual geyser in the room, we need to waste lot f water to get the hot water from central geyser facility. To my surprise, complementary breakfast will not served to room. I already checked out and dont hv any images. Only good thing abt hotel is ambience is good
