very good staff..especially one lady staff from darjeeling. good location.. very arranged and tasty breakfast.. good house keeping as well as other amenities pur together.. likes it and will sure go again in this property great managing 👍

The experience was average at best. this hotel doesn’t offer value for money. There are better options available in the same locality with superior amenities and service. I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

Rooms are ultra small for cost, breakfast quality is below average, mattress are worn out you cannot sleep calmly and will definitely get sprains next morning. Towels provided were stinky and no toiletries set provided.

So much of restrictions like visitors are not allowed, they will provide only one litre in a day rest water bottle will be chargeable. Access card is not accessible on checkout day they blocked card by their side. I don’t give any suggestion to stay in this hotel.
