Hotel Ashraya is a very good Hotel . It is very clean and tidy and most importantly it's location is excellent .

i had a very bad experience in this hotel. i donot recommend this to anyone. ACs are not working and beds are also not comfortable....

I stayed for two nights, from March 20 to 22, but the manager informed me that there was no AC due to ongoing repairs. It was so hot inside that I couldn’t even sleep. The WiFi connection was extremely poor, making it difficult to browse, and the cellular signal was also very weak. Despite these issues, they didn’t offer any discount or refund. I didn’t expect this from a 3-star hotel.

We book for 3 adults. But we were 5. We 3 and 2 rats. That 2 were permanent residents of that room. Dear 'international' hotel owners pols tell the rats to keep quiet while we are sleeping

Worst attitude of receptionist ashok. He behaves he owns the hotel and has no respect for senior citizens who stay in the hotel. He’s asking to pay for towels which become dirty instead of getting it washed. Towels costing 50 rs. He’s telling to pay 1000 rs. Threatening with legal action and police complaint for 1000 rs when we have spent 45000 rs. Highly unprofessional and deplorable behaviour. Why does the management even keep such kind of people in reception this is the last time we will book in this hotel

It was very nice hotel. It's very comfortable and safely hotel. There staff also good and they nicely to everyone. Food also best. Everything was perfect
