very neat and clean room, quick room service, food is good.. overall, it's an excellent stay here.. I would prefer to stay every time I visit here on a business 訂房網站.. Thanks to the YN hotel and all staff.

It was decent stay, staff was very polite and quick responsive . Been here for couple of times and I can easily repeat my stay here

The hotel is conveniently located in the kr puram region, rooms are good in size and the upkeep is also good. Staff is supportive and helps with any requests too. The food is also good.

Rooms are extremely unhygienic, no toiletries given, food is stale. Fixtures don’t work, was forced to stay a night without a working ac. Staff is very rude, felt so uncomfortable that had to barricade the room before sleeping. Checked out the very next day. Don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

I personally felt hotel would have been advanced like television doesnt have any wifi connection or any other ott platforms. I called to hotel front people regarding that there is no response. Hotel front line are not treating in good manner and not at polite when talking to us
