    not professional no proper response full commercial even MMT is also not responding properly very bad experience

    The hotel staff was very kind enough! i had opted for late check-in and they made sure to check my wear abouts with time passed 30 to 9. The room was decent enough and their complimentary breakfast was decent enough.

    Service was very very poor. No water in bathroom,Ac not working,No fan and very small balcony. Reception and housekeeping land number no on pickup the calls.

    The location is excellent. Small, simple, tidy rooms. I stayed for just one day, and the service was good. Everything was taken care of pretty well during my stay. Sorry, no images.

    Room was clean and hygiene was maintained. Room service is very slow have to remind multiple times. Also they have almost same breakfast options every day. It's nearby metro station and whitefield ttmc so good connectivity.

    Late rooms, dirty rooms and very slow and pathetic service. I would suggest check the rooms first and ask for timely checkin
