The security made a big fuss and asked us to leave our two wheelers unlocked. We had to have a huge argument for them to provide a new space for parking. We had booked two rooms one of which was stinking. It had a foul cigarette smell. They gave us another room eventually. The towels were wet and torn. We had to again call them. It was very unpleasant as all these incidents happened after we arrived late at night. I hope they maintain their rooms cleanly.

Good place to stay if you like to eat sea food at same place. Rooms are clean, very nice staff and very convenient and close to city.

Room service was very poor, room was dirty, food is teasty, even after repeated reminder the room was not cleaned by staff. The facility shown at the time of booking was not provided by the hotel staff

Experience was bad from both the rooms (cleanliness) and staff hospitality perspective. The restaurant and room service was good. But the people at the reception were all terrible. They showed super attitude as if we were staying for free. The first day they said that they are good for us checkout one of the 4 rooms we booked late by 2 hours. And so we planned our day accordingly. But on the day, they said they can’t give additional time to checkout. We had to change the entire plan for that. When asked for any help, they said no on the face. Rude reception staff.

Its an average hotel, nothing good or bad to say about it. Bathrooms should be cleaner in my opinion but rest is all just ok.

We had a very unpleasant experience with a very rude staff at the hotel. On the day we stayed at the hotel, it rained heavily and water started seeping into the room. Wifi was not working. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience.

Curtains were torn. And dirty. Commode was broken and leaking. Booked premium room but it was a small room. Food is expensive compared to the quality of the hotel !
