(1)people are smoking in room, bedsheets is too much hard and no proper ventilation and sun light in room

All over the hotel is good but the bed is very hard and the hotel people is allowing customers with dogs which can harm other customers too. Receptionist is very supportive but only one thing management must look into the interior part too

The hotel is not good at all. It is unhygienic and cockroaches were many. The staff was good but the maintenance is very bad

Every one was very nice to as. Room and toilet was clean. Hotel is near to yeshwantpur railway station it was easy to find

When they arrived at hotel, they said no booking. Customer called me in the midnight and shouted. I spoke to the hotel at that time, and given the booking i'd and all, after some arguments and all, they agreed about the booking from mmt. At that time customer was tired and he rated us as not trustworthy.

Rooms are neat and clean. For other things you need to arrange from your own. Even the hotel doesn't provide water bottles.

Promised amenities found missing or not working. We had to forego the 3 night stay and left hotel without refund.
