Subject: issue with hotel cleanliness and amenities dear makemy訂房網站 team, i recently booked a hotel through your platform, but i am extremely disappointed with my experience. 1. The bedsheet and pillow covers in my room are not clean, and it seems they haven’t been changed from the previous guests. Additionally, there is no staff available to assist with this issue. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times, but there has been no response. 2. The mobile charger switch in my room is not working, which is causing inconvenience during my stay. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve these matters. I expect the hotel to provide clean linens or arrange a room change as soon as possible, and to fix the issue with the mobile charger looking forward to a quick resolution. Thank you, mohit gupta
