The approach road towards hotel was pathetic with some drainage work going on. Lot of disturbances from outside building here work was going on.

This is a great location, comfortably walkable to some good food joints and easy access to transportation. The breakfast package is pretty much useless. There’s no onsite restaurant. They give you room service if you order breakfast. Food is average and you get some rs. 200 limit per day. Just skip it and walk up to the restaurant of your choice instead. A/c was decent. You can notice lackadaisical attitude to fixing functional issues in the room if it doesn’t get in the way too much. Cleanliness is ok. They will clean your room and do your beds if you ask. If you don’t ask, you don’t get the service. I was told they don’t give the front desk handlers key to the room. Perhaps it’s for your safety. The bell boys don’t care about service quality. They’re almost always on their devices. Customer service is secondary to them. I have had a room service done while the person was amid-st his call. The managers are very courteous and helpful though. You have 24- hour electricity and hot water. Parking is limited in the basement, but was enough for our one car. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. It’s 24 hour checkin checkout. If you’re looking for polished place, this is not it. If you’re looking for a comfortable place you can get by in a good location that’s clean enough and safe, you’ve found the right place.

The room was neat and clean. It was also spacious. The location is very good and approachable. Overall good experience

It was great experience and the app was easy to use and had no issues. Even the stay was good and the hotel was neatly maintained no issues
