酒店非常新，樓下的餐廳很不錯，推薦。服務人員熱情，停車場很大，四層的溫泉是一個大亮點，露天溫泉可看雪山。

Great stay, but pricy. Plenty of parking spaces, each room has a little balcony. Everything is new, b bedsheets and towels clean. No slippers, robes provided. Location is right on the edge of the town, but hotel offers free pass for a local bus to take you to the center. Otherwise it’s kind of easy to depart to different scenic spots by car.

住了三晚，房間面積比較大、衞生打掃也乾淨，還配有熱水壺之類的這點很好；位置比較一般、在小鎮主街頂頭了，但感覺小鎮也沒什麼好逛所以可以忽略。前台服務很一般、面無表情，第一次給的房間在泡池上兩層，想換但前台説沒有合適的房間、訂房網站介入後給我一間去看了靠馬路太吵就作罷。晚上9點多洗完澡感覺很吵一看泡池來了幾個印度人用喇叭外放音樂，向訂房網站反應2次依舊反覆後、酒店數次來電要給我立馬換房間（聽意思喇叭不是酒店提供的但是他們也沒人去管）、因為我已經睡下而拒絕提議、約定第二天再換，這裡要感謝訂房網站客服的幫助。不高興吃白人早餐、圖方便直接在酒店一樓零點咖啡和麵包吐司，但是很好吃！價格也不貴，強烈推薦～酒店的床品觸感比較粗糙、空調外機轟隆隆響，這點最好能改進。

Hotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Canoe and Suites hotel for 3 nights and the experience was extraordinary. Everyone we met there was nice and friendly. We had several dinings at the Sudden Sally restaurant and food was delicious!
