Prima hotel om Bandung Centrum te verkennen. Ligging direct naast BIP Shoppingmall. Super vriendelijke personeel. En ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Kamer is gedateerd met name de badkamer moet nodig gerenoveerd worden. En douchen in bad met gordijnen kan nu eigenlijk niet meer. Wij hebben geluidsoverlast gehad van de Bar aan de overkant van de straat. Muziek staat hard en gaat soms wel tot na 1 uur ‘s nachts  door. Als je dus een kamer aan de Jalan Aceh krijgt dan zijn goede oordoppen wel belangrijk.

バンドンの中心近くにあります。 周囲にはいろいろな店があり便利です。 施設は古いですが落ち著いた雰囲気です。 客室は広くゆったりとしています。 シャワーの切り替えは故障していました。 使いませんでしたが、ボディーソープのボトルはポンプが壊れていました。 充電用のコンセントが少なかったです。 部屋の照明を落とすとコンセントの電源もオフになります。 朝食はメニューが少ないと思います。

The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. It's this attention to detail and genuine care that truly makes a difference.During our stay, every single request we made was not only fulfilled but delivered with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. A special mention must go to Ms. Jessy from the operator, whose exceptional assistance truly elevated our anniversary celebration. The Anniversary Mirror Art she arranged was a beautiful and thoughtful touch, and her responsiveness to all our in-room service needs was exemplary. Her dedication ensured our special moments were truly unforgettable.The hotel's facilities further enhance the guest experience. The spacious rooms, many offering fetching city or panoramic mountain views, provide a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing oasis, and the well-equipped fitness center caters to all workout needs. For families, the dedicated kids' pool and kids' club with daily activities, along with amenities like a chessboard, billiard, and mini bird park, ensure entertainment for all ages. The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. It's the hard work and dedication of individuals like him that contribute significantly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.This visit held particular significance as Aryaduta Bandung proved to be the most strategic and closest hotel for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025. The Hotel is connected to Aryaduta Mall with Super rmarket. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has varieties and delicious too. We will definitely repeat stay here the next time

Hotelnya luxury vintage, bersih, nyaman dan fasilitasnya oke untuk staycation bersama keluarga. Kamar bisnis sudah ada bathtubnya oke banget. Kamarnya juga bersih, nyaman, viewnya juga oke. Over all sih good yaa.

위치는 소핑몰을 끼고 있어 편리합니다. 조식 메뉴 중 빵은 맛있으나 커피머신이 없어 아쉽습니다 가성비가 튀어납니다.

The hotel was in good location. Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room). After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy. After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge. The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom. In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it. It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

Kamar super bersih & terang ,nyaman buat anak2, bangunan hotel dr luar tidak bgtu bagus tp begitu masuk dalam sangat2 terawat, banyak aktivitas buat anak2, kolam renang bersih, ada rabbit feeding, ada kids room lengkap dgn perosotan segala. Sangat2 rekomen sekali Kurang nya kemarin anak ambil 2 donat tidak dimakan mau di takeaway REPOT, hrs diantar staf ke ruangan jdi lebih baik di buang drpd repot dan bikin Malu

untuk bangunan hotel memang terkesan sudah lama tapi dari segi design dan layout kamar masih sangat relevan dan fasilitas yang ada juga sangat lengkap mulai dari gym dan pool, untuk sarapan di hotel sangat memuaskan dengan menu yang variatif serta enak.
