非常滿意，環境很好

One word, disappointed. First time ever stayed in 4-stars hotel room with leaking water from the air cond pipe. It dripped from the ceiling. I have told the operator about this and maybe i could ask for another room because we had just checked in about 3 hours ago. But he said that no more king bed room was available, there were only twin bed rooms left. We finally agreed to move, but suddenly he said that the engineers would come first to check. Several minutes later, they came in and checked it, and without earlier explanation, they just brought in a machine and the portable ladder to the room, moved out the refrigerator to plugged in the cable and started to open the ceiling and were doing their job with the disturbing noise from the suction machine. And i just sat there, confused with the situation, and finally decided to ring the operator again to question about the twin room mentioned earlier, cause we didnt know how long it would take to get it fixed and we had to prepared and dressed for an event around that time. But unfortunately, the operator (he) idk the name, said that maybe we could just wait for the repair and he would ask the engineers the estimation work time. Can you imagine ? Why it was so hard to give us another room on the same day we arrived, which even we didnt mind the twin bed room that supposed to be king. And so we spent 2 nights in that room while continuously worried about the future leaking. Anyway, the room was quite old. The sink has already cracked, and to make it even worse, the shower was leaking and spraying to your face when you turned on the faucet. The good vibes were only the security, and the concierge staff were very helpful for the valet parking and responsive for the guest needs. Overall, i think some rooms need to be renovated and the management need to re-evaluate their staff including the hotel policy and consideration, especially in this condition. I had travelled a lot and sometimes also found trouble in the rooms, but their services were just so pleasant and made it worth it to come back again. Thank you.

The wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit. the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel. And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha.. Overall its good hotel for staycation.

Good service, the pool isn't rise, food is very good

This hotel is located in a strategic place that you can easiliy reach several places to visit, such as gedung sate museum, gasibu field, factory outlet, and restaurants.

Parking space was unspacious. The roof of our room was leaked by AC waste. Not so friendly staff (except the concierge).
