Terimakasih buat mini dekor yang rapi dan surprise buat istri saya bahagia sekali 2. hotel di lokasi dengan suhu malam hari rata2 19 derajat sangat cocok dengan fasilitas kolam renang air hangat 3. kebersihan bintang lima 4. pelayanan semua staff super ramah dan sopan 5. breakfast resto makanan enak semua, kopi long black nya juara 6. makanan di sky lounge, pesan nasi goreng dan nasi bebek goreng enak bgt. kopi affogatto nya rekomen 7. saya akan balik kesini lagi bersama keluarga orangtua dan mertua.

房間打掃的不夠衞生，看到服務生衹換了被罩床單，地沒有拖，杯子也沒有洗，所以大家住酒店儘量自己帶杯子。裡面的中餐不錯。

Not very professional for elite floor. We have purchased elite rooms and was told there will be afternoon tea but the top floor was closed. Also the tv is very small for a 5 star hotel

the room is too noisy because all room facing open space which have rstaurant/cafe in downstair. At late night a lot of guess talking and laugh very louder and asking the hotel staff to control, but the hotel staff cant do anything

Always been a favorite hotel in bandung. As the warm pool is a must for kids. Great breakfast menu,welcome drinks , huge lobby area, friendly staff. We have stayed here more than 3 times.for extra value kindly make kids corner for free or else for childrens fun. Thanks Grand Mercure.
