Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

The best sdh 3x menginap disini selalu puas (vila, lt 8, lt 9), ruangan kamar nyaman walau tidak kedap suara ya, 2x dapet upgrade trimaksih team fo, dan trimakasih atas high hospitality dari semua departmen..especially to carla F&B trimakasih atas goodybagnya..disini bisa sepedahan diarea hotel yang luas..keluar makan semua restoran dekat..pokonya oke berkesan

Pertama, parkir mobil untuk tamu yg menginap tdk di atur dengan baik. Seperti nya parkir mobil dkt lobby di khusus kan buat para acara undangan. Kedua, untuk amenities bath room sangat standard sekali. Seperti bukan hotel bintang 5 pada umum nya. Tidak seperti ekspektasi saya (seperti intercon bali)

THE BEST utk hotel keluarga, hanya saja untuk check in membutuhkan waktu lebih lama, karena kamar belum siap, mungkin karena peak season. Tapi mungkin bisa lebih di maksimalkan lagi, sehingga waktu check in tepat waktu. Karena kebanyakan sudah lelah dalam perjalanan dan ingin segera beristirahat 🙏🏻 Overall smuana oke, kita juga christmas dinner dengan menu yang oke 👍

I was upgraded to a junior suite room by the receptionist. Thank you for that.. Ordered in room service dining because the restaurant that night was only serving Arabian Buffet. So the choices was not that great for foods there. The Pool was good and clean. The Staff helped me for some tasks. Thank you. Room was super clean and Huge!!

Great when new - poor maintenance has taken toll over the years - feels run down for Intercontinental hotel standard. Worn bedsheet and tired towels. Bathroom wall needs scrubbing!

The location in Dago pakar it is little bit bussy in The weekend, reaching from Bandung area Will Be C hal enggang due to trafi. Jam. But for view looking down to Bandung is very nice especially firing night time. The brekafast food was excellent, there was variaty of food, and taste excellent. Although The price for one night is very high for my taste, looking for any promo code from 訂房網站.com in The future If I Will Coming back to stay again there.
