Masuk kamar, begitu buka gordyn copot protol rel di atasnya tidak ada pengunci. Gantungan baju di kamar mandi begitu digantungin baju juga langsung copot. Kolam renangnya enak air hangat, jadi anak bisa berenang dengan puas. Pemandangan dari kolam renang malam hari juga bagus. Breakfast lumayan. Sayangnya ini lokasinya jauh dari kota, kemana2 jauh.

Everything was exelent, from the moment i've arrive until im leaving. Good, friendly and helpfull staff, security, receptionis, and all member of the hotel. The breakfast also colourfull with so many different option of food, west food, italian food, local food with the perfect taste. recomended for staycation

Kami pesan grand deluxe dapat kamar 711, kamar nyaman hanya wasrafel malam dipakai sikat gigi ngembeng loh..karena jijik, suami sampe harus memperbaiki sendiri (sudah mau tidur malas panggil HK), harusnya dicek dong sebelum kamar ready, hari ini yang biasanya boleh parkir didepan lobby, satpam bilang mau diclear kan..ternyata sampai besoknya mobil2 tetap parkir didepan lobby, heran biasanya accoupancy penuh parkiran tidak secroudit ini..parah pengaturannya dan bikin bete, mau co masukin barang kebagasi mobil harus keluar muter dan masuk parkiran lagi. Ada menu baru sup wortel yang baru saya coba (enak), menu lain sdh pernah direview, kolam dengan air hangatnya tetap oke. Tumben kali ini dapat kabut sore dan pagi hari..love it

Beautiful resort in the mountains. Very nice panoramic view of Bandung city. Very serene and quiet place. Peaceful ambience, away from the city life. The restaurant in the resort was great, affordable and delicious food. Netflix in the rooms as well. Overall a nice place to chill and relax.

Hotel di kawasan Dago atas dengan view lapangan golf dan bukit yang cantik. Proses check-in/out cepat. Pelayanan kamar untuk tambah air minum juga cepat. Parkir sangat sempit dan tidak memadai. Menu sarapan kurang bervariasi. Rasa makanan sedang. Tampilan sayur dan salad tidak cantik. Egg benedict gagal, jauh dari rasa dan tampilan semestinya. Pelayan tidak cepat membersihkan meja yang sudah terpakai. Kami harus menunggu cutleries disiapkan sampai hampir 15 menit. Padahal kondisi resto dalam keadaan tidak ramai.

Secara keseluruhan memuaskan hanya di bagian pelayanan saat breakfast ada salah satu staff laki laki muda yg tdk ramah saat d mintain tolong membersihkan meja bekas tamu lain yg akan kami pakai. Tolong hal ini dapat menjadi perhatian dan sukses selalu.
