Kokotel清萊機場套房 (Kokotel Chiang Rai Airport Suites)

The room that we booked was cleaned but unfortunate that the smell was not good, but Khun Ice receptionist was super helpful and move us to another room. We have impressed the service and concept of eco friendly of this hotel a lot. We can refill our water at the hallway. Unfortunate again the room and the hotel is not yet ready to accommodate due to most of the rooms and facilities still under renovation such as the swimming pool, gym, and rooms that not yet finished. We would love to stay here again once they are ready with full service.

The concept eco-friendly of this hotel is great, the service of all staff was beyond. Especially Khun Ice and Duty manager on charge that we didn't remembered his name was helpful and provide the incredible assistant. However for the hotel is not yet ready to accommodate with full services as the room is not yet finished and facilities still under constructions (Pool and gym). Once the hotel is fully done will be one of the accommodation in mind for me.
