the room was HUGEEE and it was way too big for me (not complaining though). cleanliness was just so so. drainage system wasn’t that good as well. basic amenities were provided. Staffs are friendly and helpful. near the property has a mall and a convenience store. breakfast spread was not that bad given the price. overall, it was a okay stay.

I had a great stay at Badi’ah Hotel. I received the queen-size bed and top-floor room I requested. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the airport transfer service which made things very convenient. Special thanks to the evening front desk staff who handled both my check-in and check-out, very helpful and professional. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The free airport pickup was convenient, and the staff were polite and generally provided service with a smile. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely noisy and the bed was too short for taller guests (I’m 185 cm, and my feet were hanging off). The bathroom was the worst part — visible mold on the ceiling and shower door, really disgusting, and the hot water only lasted for about 1 minute the it's turning cold. And I had to take cold showers In summary, despite a few positives, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Firstly the front team is not helpful and when we ask if there is room service one female staff said it is not available in the hotel. We went downstairs and went to the Japanese restaurant next to reception counter and the staff said the can deliver takeaway to the room. One of the receptionist charged us 90$ for a three hour car rental to the places. Anyways we did not mind and the driver Akaram was helpful to explain the area.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was also convenient, close to airport and The One (Mall). They also offer FREE airport transfer✈️🧳 We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

機場接機/送機服務:還算方便，下了飛機出關就10分鐘 沒檢查 然後到了就有人舉牌 送機的班次可能稍微少一點 感覺文萊人都非常熱情 前台很耐心 但是床很小 腳在外面 符合這個價格 房間很大

很讚！ 台幣1300左右含接機、含早餐！ 地點很棒，附近就有超市、美食、附近還有一間叫cahaya換錢的匯率也很棒！ 第一超市價格也很實惠，所有物品一應俱全，凡間空間大！ 缺點是廁所沖水沒有特別好、一進飯店 廁所水盆有小螞蟻好幾隻...（看不出有什麼甜味）用水沖掉後後續就沒看見了。

巴迪亞屬於經濟型酒店，房間和設施顯得陳舊，之前住的豪華行政房要好一點，後來試了一下高級房，房間燈光暗，窗外車流多，空調噪音大，論環境、設施、早餐等等遠遠比不了麗筠酒店和J酒店。 當然，本著換著入住體驗不同的酒店，完全不會影響開心的旅行！ 總之，對於要講究舒適品質的，巴迪亞肯定不是好的選擇，酒店有個優勢就是有免費機場接送服務。

訂房間時看到有機場接機服務就預訂了，其實這裡大部分酒店都有這個服務的。不過這個也確實是比較有用的服務。文萊的公共交通剛到的人基本上搞不明白的，用預選安裝的打車軟件打車過去也得花不少錢，雖然衹有幾公里的樣子。 酒店早餐不是很好，就這麼幾樣，就餐環境也不行，餐廳太小，所以在大堂另外加了幾張桌子。 酒店有一個環境比較好的餐廳，但是免費早餐不安排在哪裡吃。 酒店位置離市區主要景點步行就能到，去加東夜市還得打車（有公交車的但晚上停運）。 酒店後面有幾家華人餐廳，吃飯沒有問題。
