皇冠迪沙魯海景公寓式酒店 (Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence)

This place is underrated, why? The unit nearest with the clean beach, have 3 type pools. Kat pantai ada own BBQ pit yg, ada stairway to heaven, cement chair, buaian. Pantai bersih, awal pagi bole layan sunrise, ptg bole layan sunset. Malam bole tenang tenang kat pantai & pool. Bilik bersih, ada siap own simple kitchen with balcony. Overall I am satisfied with this stay even though at first a bit disappointed coz I'm booking with remark request a 2 single bed & they overlooked into it but they still give me the room as request. Thanks Tiara & definitely will stay again.

Facilities okay jer. Pantai sila lah pergi awal pagi cantik gila sunrise. Bilik okay besar aircond sejuk. Air agak kecik. Dalam bilik tak ada provide handwash & dishwash. Toiletries cuma ada body soap & toothbrush set. Iron, iron board, hair dryer, towels ada. Mintak extra kena charge unless tukar.

住宿不錯，環境也還行

This resort is value-for-money. The family suite came with 2 bedrooms and a rather spacious hall (with aTV, a sofa, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, sink, and a mid-sized refrigerator). The walls look freshly painted. The mattresses were nice and firm. Just that the bedsheets smelled a bit musty, although clean. ( I think the hotel needs to change the detergent.) There was 1 wardrobe in each room, and a TV in one of them. Generally clean and pleasant. There were 3 swimming pools. Private beach was clean, waters near the shore were surprisingly clear, and we even sighted some zebra-fishes and jellyfish. There were lots of little crabs on the beach. All these should be indicators that pollution levels should be low. It was a pleasant stay overall. Just wished there were more indoor things to do (e.g. bowling) during rainy weather.

酒店是不錯 但是沒有網絡🛜 網線不好 有免費Wifi 但就是沒線 這裡也沒有什麼吃的 要出去外面吃 建議自己帶燒烤去燒烤 因為晚上是可以到海邊吹海風的可涼了 ！ 也能躺著看星星 非常舒服 酒店雖然普通 但是房型蠻大的 很適合放鬆 也有游泳池 健身房 但是哪裡的Mart 和食物都不推薦 如果不要燒烤/火鍋的話 晚上可以到外面附近吃吃喝喝 7分鐘左右的車程就有 煮炒等等的奶茶店 ！

overall its just okay. boleh lah. nombor bilik confusing. swimmingpool center besar dan seronok. laut pun cantikkk. tambahan org rm50/pax.

Good spot for healing especially with family. Value for your money. Recommend.

Плюсы: просторные номера, уборка со сменой полотенец, водичкой, чаем-кофе каждый день. Близко к морю, чудесный немноголюдный пляж, неплохой тренажёрный зал. Минусы: в этом отеле нам буквально пришлось выживать)) Место находится в удалении от всех магазинов и кафе, мы заранее предусмотрели это и привезли еду с собой. Но на месте оказалось, что в такой большой кухне нет плиты, микроволновки, тарелок и столовых приборов. Только чашки… Мы просили подогреть нам еду в столовой при отеле, нам отказали. В столовую не рискнули пойти, там даже местные не питаются + высокие цены. При заселении впечатление было испорчено, тк нас заселили в номер на 1 этаже с видом на парковку 🤦♀️ В номере бегали гигантские муравьи и воняло сигаретами. Всю ночь «наслаждались» запахом выхлопных газов и шумом байков. На следующий день попросили поменять номер, нас переселили в хороший номер на 4 этаже, с видом на бассейн. Номер был намного лучше, хоть там и были тараканы. Почему нельзя было сразу заселить в нормальный номер — загадка. В отеле заселено около 20% номеров. Есть ощущение, что некоторые корпуса закрыты совсем. В отеле буквально нечего делать, никаких мероприятий и развлечений, кроме бассейна, который всегда занят местными детьми. Мы бы уехали отсюда раньше, но бронь нельзя было отменить или поменять даты. Недалеко находится Фруктовая ферма и Река со светлячками (бронировали через Restoran Terapung Seafood Bujang Firefly), рекомендую к посещению.

The Family suite is large and quite spacious with 2 bedrooms. The Hotel needs maintenance to its exterior, fresh coat of paint and Gallery safety railings to be replaced. However its value for money . Security at Car gantry does good job ensuring that every car going in and exiting is monitored. The staff are reception are very courteous, however the lady who gave us the Room access card should have double checked same before giving to us, since the card did not work at all and we had to search for housekeeping staff to help us. Restaurant inside the resort was not used by us since we had a car and wanted to try other places.
