餐廳可以選擇的食物相對少，早餐也是，晚餐餐廳現場衹有自助，但是在房間電話或者網上點餐去可以單點，很不合理，在房間電話點餐的電話很難接通，電視網頁上的顯示又有問題，好不容易點好了，卻又過了好久才送來，送來的餐都冷了，總之體驗感很差

酒店氛圍很rock，熱鬧，因為那天都玩得很累，所以晚上房間聽到樂隊表演的聲音也不會影響到睡眠。酒店有buggies 可以坐去隔壁威斯丁，穿過威斯丁就是海灘。餐廳食物實在不敢恭維，又貴又不好吃，都是去隔壁酒店吃。就還過得去吧

水上樂園 3歲就要門票啦。裡面根本沒什麼好給3歲的小朋友玩！太嚴厲嚴格了！好浪費 （去酒店的游泳池 噴水池 都好玩的多了）酒店太可以 算給個過關吧。服務禮貌 早餐太普通 小朋友適合 沒有什麼我要的（可能個人的原因吧）來一次就夠了。感謝

Stayed here for my son's birthday celebration. Arrived at 11am, registered and inform them regarding the birthdatly and was given one complimentary pass where we can redeem a slice of cake and small gift from the shop. We went straight to the Waterpark and hotel Whatsapp us when the room is ready. Aircond and music was on when we entered the room, and got a little surprise from the housekeeping, a nice birthday wish drawing on the mirror. Parking is free once we register. Breakfast is nice with a variety of selections. Buggy is available to get to the private beach at Westin. Overall it is a recommended stay with good service.

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. We had some hiccups with a staff whose English proficiency isn't good enough. Clean rooms. We got a free upgrade to higher floor. Breakfast taste good, but not as much varieties compared to other resorts we been to. Direct access to Desaru Waterpark from their compound, which is very convenient. Kids club is for 4-12yo and not complimentary, some outdoor kids activities are complimentary. Live band 6 nights a week is enjoyable. There are shuttles available with schedules to certain places. We did not use the service. We took a buggy to the private beach instead. Town is 6km away.

It was our.first time staying at a Hard Rock property and overall I would say it was a pleasant experience. Staff were very polite and helpful and the room was very comfy. Perhaps one downside was the TV remote control, which was not very responsive. Hence it took a while to keep navigating back to the TV channels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

i stayed in Hard Rock Hotel Desaru for the Ombak Festival. i hate to say that i couldn't smoke at my own balcony and it was killing me. there is a penalty of 500 MYR for smoking in balcony. it is very hard to find a place to smoke. i will not recommend this hotel for those of you who smoke cigarettes. you have to go down stairs and walk for 10 minutes just to find uncomfortable places to smoke. this is a hard rock hotel where any rock band would smoke but this hotel not allow their customer to smoke at their balcony, unbelievable!! hotel's alley is outdoor but still it is not allowed to smoke.!
