While the location is good, it does not make up for the many serious issues we encountered. Firstly, the hygiene standards were unacceptable. The bedding had a noticeable odor, and we even found dead insects. The bathroom sink and the electric kettle were both rusty. In the kitchen, the dishwashing sponge and the dish rack were extremely dirty, to the point that we had to clean them ourselves before use. Secondly, the maintenance of the facilities was very poor. The dining table surface was bubbled and the legs were unstable, causing the whole table to wobble. The pool table was missing a ball, which we only found under the table when checking out—clearly indicating that cleaning was not done properly. The air-conditioning in the living area was also inadequate; a single 1HP unit was expected to cool the living room, dining area, and kitchen, which was ineffective. There were also safety concerns. The gate had no lock and was left open, which made us worried about the safety of both our belongings and ourselves. In addition, the basic provisions were insufficient. Only two small bottles （300–400ml） of mineral water were provided for a group of 14 people, and there was no water dispenser available. In summary, aside from the convenient location, the cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place.
