Everything is good but the card was not in the box so we waited for another 30 mins for them to send it to us. Our kids did enjoyed the stay and they enjoyed the swimming pool and the 訂房網站 to desaru. The towels was very good, very absorbent. I like it very much. Overall every thing is 👍

The apartment was relatively clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of three and had plenty of space, so I don't think accommodating up to five guests would be an issue. The location is also convenient, with key attractions such as Desaru Coast and Desaru Fruit Farm only a 10 to 15-minute Grab ride away. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including a pasar malam with live band performances. However, the check-in experience was frustrating. Customer service appears to be responsive mainly through WhatsApp, but this was never communicated to guests beforehand. We spent quite a bit of time trying to call the property, which delayed our check-in unnecessarily. If guests were informed in advance that WhatsApp is the preferred communication channel, the process would have been much smoother. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but the communication and check-in process could definitely be improved.

The communication part needs to be improved. I have sent an email 1 day before arrival as per instruction given after I confirmed and paid for my apartment.. However, I did not receive any response or any further instructions on the check in process. I continued with my 訂房網站 and tried to contact the property owner or the management to no avail. Wife was panicking as we arrive quite late in the evening with 2 young kids. Upon reaching the property, the security guard stopped us and advised us to contact the property owner. We called many times, but there was no answer. We finally decided to check out nearby hotels for availability. That was when someone picked up my call from the apartment (I was calling non stop when my wife check for availability in nearby hotel). After I got on touch with the property management people, instructions on checking in was through WhatsApp, everything was smooth after that. Room is clean and location is good. Everything was smooth after that, was pleased with the rooms and all.
