The hotel was extremely dirty and dusty when we checked in. When we informed the management and requested for the room to be cleaned, instead of sending housekeeping, they handed us a broom and dustpan and expected us to clean the room ourselves. We came here for a holiday, not to clean a hotel room that we paid for.Paying over RM200 for this kind of service was honestly disappointing. The facilities were also in poor condition — the TV was half spoiled, there were barely any proper amenities, and the bathroom water pressure was very low. Overall, my friend and I had one of our worst hotel experiences here. I would definitely not recommend this low class hotel to anyone.
