雖然房間裡面的傢俱有點舊，但是品質很好，很有沉澱，整個酒店服務非常棒，體驗很好，如果去了還會住，一點也不喧鬧，有種隔絕的寧靜感，不錯不錯！

酒店的風格完全是本地風，木質結構，大堂高大尚，房間就相對差些。酒店的衞生間處理的非常到位，比較乾燥。房屋的床等設施，需要修理了。

Kamar hotelnya udah lama, pintunya banyak yang macet kuncinya. Panggil teknisi disuruh tunggu tapi bolak balik nanya udah lama baru datang, gak aware dengan keluhan. Makanannya lumayan banyak variasi, rasanya ada yang enak ada yang soso, tapi pelayanan resto baik.

Hotel bersih, staff hotel semuanya ramah, hanya saja saat request ucapan birthday di mirror terlewat tapi saat diberitahu ke receptionist langsung dikerjakan. Staff staff nya sih yg oke oke banget Super duper ramah Staff di resto saat breakfast bener bener ramah ramah semua dan super helpfull Kolam renang besar dan bersih Walaupun ditengah kota tapi hotelnya nuansa resort Oke banget unk staycation Next bakalan staycation lagi disini Thankyou Sheraton

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .
