The location is on the top of the hill with breathtaking view. The service was excellent. The breakfast menu is quite good but i didn’t find any sausage during breakfast which is very basic menu in 4stars hotel.

Enjoyed my short stay, view from my room is good. Breakfast need to improved especially in pastry, it is so dry. The speed to refill food also need to improved when i dined many food not refill though at that time not many guests.

We booked 13 rooms on 28th January to celebrate Chinese New Year. Check in proses is very slow. We waited 45 minutes to check in . We arrived at 11.00 and waited till 3 pm . Only a few rooms are ready for check-in, as mine must wait 45 minutes later. intact, I booked suite room, but I must wait longer than expected. The rooms for standard one are very simple but quite clear and comfortable. The size is fair, and the shower room is nice. The suite room is huge and comfy with nice views overlooking the hills . The shower room is spacious, but the water pressure is slow. My suggestion to management is that it should be more pressured and easy to adjust the hot waters The sink is too small for the type of room Breakfast is good, and many varieties of menu The sky restaurant is very convenient for gathering and the gym is very convenient with nice views The hotel is located at the highest hills overlooking the city's and ocean, parking also available in few spots, overall its nice and highly recommended. You should be here" THE BEST HOTEL IN TOWN ! Great Location,great Hotel amenities!! Beautiful city View from room balcony!! I really enjoy the breakfast buffet, but I do feel that there could be more variety in the menu, as it tends to be the same every day. The staff were also particularly friendly and helpful and the reason i wrote this review because I really want to compliment their staffs. Will definitely return. Good Job Holiday Inn Bukit Randu Bandar Lampung.

Keramahan staff sangat baik. Kamar dan view nya bagus. Tetapi di kran shower mandinya tidak terasa air panas nya, sy kmrn dapat lantai 7. Untuk makanan rasanya perlu di tingkat kan lagi, sayang sekali tampilan makanan sudah wah tetapi rasanya masih kurang. Sy pesan nasi ayam bakar bumbu maranggih bumbunya tipis sekali hampir gak kerasa yg kerasa cuma bakaran pahit, nasinya keras, side dish nya dingin yg paling gagal sambal nya tolong chef nya di perhatikan lagi untuk rasa makanannya. Sarapan menu bervariasi untuk rasanya sdh cukup tapi alangkah lebih bagus lebih berani bumbunya.

All good. Tapi kalau jam 6 sore ke atas wasalam. Hotel nya rame banget karna suka ada event dan resto. Sedangkan posisi masuk ke hotel itu nanjak yg lumayan curam. Tapi utk hotel kamar dan fasilitas sangat baik.
