Room wasn’t clean. Shower was poor no water pressure, bath and sink was not fit for purpose. One towel for two people, when asking for more! They said they would bring some up while we was out, nothing arrived! Wouldn’t recommend.

Wonderful hotel, cannot fault anything, reception staff were amazing and very helpful, beds were extremely comfy, food was great. I would highly recommend using this hotel, and I will book a stay there again.

Room 69 Iron switched off the entire electrical system in the room. No heating in the room. No hot water available from the hand basin. Room smelt awful upon entering. I asked to be moved to an alternative room, no joy.
