酒店地理位置還可以，離內港近在咫尺，步行即達，但是緊靠大馬路，晚上汽車噪音實在是難以忍受。除此之外，隔音也不好，所以睡眠敏感型要慎重選擇。 房間配套設施實在是簡陋，淋雨花灑出水量很小，又是浴缸裡淋浴，還有就是不配牙膏牙刷拖鞋等，也沒有燒水壺。

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend two concerts and really enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown and also within walking distance to the stadium. The staff were exceptionally friendly and let us check in hours before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. There was nothing I could complain about! We had a room on a high floor, which was definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again for a Baltimore 訂房網站 - this is an amazing hotel!!

Loved our stay at Hyatt for BTS D1 in Baltimore. Great locatin right on the bay and walkable to many places including the stadium. I was able to check-in early which I had requested and made the rest of my night much easier than if we had to wait. The front desk gentleman was incredibly helpful, hospitable and kind. The room was great, except a slightly finnicky bathroom sink, dripped a lot. The view in the elevator was also wonderful, especially at night. Thank you so much!

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

Room was not terribly clean. Facllity appeared "worn" for lack of a better term. The food and dinning was very slow. Somehow I was charged for an "automobile package" or something that I did not require and could not be reversed at the front desk?
