巴爾的摩柱廊酒店 – 希爾頓逸林酒店 (Inn at The Colonnade Baltimore - A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel)

入住體驗很差： 1.空調設備陳舊，不夠冷，且出風聲音很吵。 2.配套的梳化床衹有彈簧沒有墊，睡眠體驗差。 3.向house keeping索要空調被，衹給了化纖薄毯，説對化纖毯有皮膚過敏，仍説衹有毯，沒多餘被子。 4.在酒店停車，需要48美元一晚，我們衹停了一晚，卻收了兩晚費用，第二天跑回去前台，不給解決，衹給卡片自己打電話，第三天再去另一前台才解決。 5.漏了重要的護身符在枕頭下，第二天回去問，房務説沒看到！ 6.最氣人的是，入住兩晚含早餐，入住時前台不給早餐券，去餐廳就互相推諉，導致第一天沒吃到，第二天極力爭取才解決，但耽誤了很久，差點誤車。 Terrible stay experience overall: 1. The air conditioner is old, does not cool well and makes loud noisy wind sounds. 2. The sofa bed only has springs with no proper mattress pad, resulting in extremely poor sleeping comfort. 3. I requested extra air-conditioning quilts from housekeeping, but was only given thin chemical fiber blankets. I stated I have skin allergies to chemical fiber, yet they insisted no other quilts were available. 4. Hotel parking costs $48 per night. We only parked for one night but were charged for two nights. The front desk refused to resolve the issue and only gave a phone number to contact. The problem was finally settled at another front desk on the third day. 5. I left an important amulet under the pillow. When I returned to look for it the next day, housekeeping staff claimed they never found it. 6. The booking included breakfast for two nights, but the front desk failed to provide breakfast vouchers upon check-in. The hotel staff passed the buck back and forth, so I missed breakfast on the first day. I spent a lot of time arguing to get it sorted on the second day, which almost made me miss my transportation.

超出預想，來看孩子訂了學校最近的酒店，房間不大但舒適，衞生條件相對滿意，一樓餐食優惠合口，在美國嘛這個價位算是非常不錯的了。

房間面積大，對面就是學校，早餐也好吃。電梯比較老，酒店有自助洗衣房，很方便。入住期間正好碰到有人舉行婚禮。

因為孩子在巴爾的摩上學，每年來到這個城市必住在希爾頓逸林酒店，離孩子學校及公寓僅一步之遙。該酒店服務好、衞生收拾的也及時，員工都很nice，儘管裝修有些舊了，但不影響我對它的喜愛。

酒店位置很好，距離約翰霍普金斯很近，走路不到十分鐘即可到達Welcome center。房間有些老舊了，空調的聲音很大，晚上衹好關掉了，還好氣溫不高

酒店對面就是JHU的北門和運動場，住在這個酒店的基本都是JHU家長，趕上開學季價格高。酒店硬件陳舊了，尤其床角的防撞條老化脫落，走動時撞了好幾次不得不放個紙袋在那提醒自己避開，洗手間的裝修也比較老。服務人員態度友善，前台工作人員會主動問候。

房間空間大，設施全，服務人員熱情有禮。就在約翰霍普金斯大學旁邊，安全，寧靜，總體感覺不錯！

房間老舊，一股黴味，市內空氣很差導致半夜過敏 早餐還是很好的 服務也不錯，前台也同意取消了後續的訂單

訂房網站上距JUU最近的酒店的，中規中矩就是節假日漲價比較多哈哈。
