It was a wonderful stay and we had a great time for us. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Fantastic view. We liked and enjoyed it to the max. Thank you Kasturi

Kasturi truly feels like a dream come true …the calm atmosphere, the thoughtful facilities, the variety of food options, and the beautiful interior design… I loved every bit of it

For the amount of money paid, its not worth it. 1. Reception. Disorganised. When we arrived there were another couple of checking in guest ( Caucasians). They spoke to the other couples very politely and professionally and when they attended us, Pasar conversations with us and also among themselves infront of us. It was so hard not to see the double standards treatments offered to us. We were 4of us that time while the rest of the family members were waiting in the car. They offered welcome drinks and we were Politely (in holiday mode) were asking what drink was it as it looks weird and the receptionist responded rudely to us. Very un accommodative reception No chairs for waiting except the two chairs at the reception table. (Tired, long drive). When you ask customers to sign consent forms please expect people will be waiting there at the reception. Make it comfortable Staff did said they were tired/short staffed but for the amount of money paid, there shouldn’t be these kind of excuses! Guest receiving and checking in phase is a vital phase where you projects to them what kind of services and customer relations you have in this place and out of 10 this barely scores ONE! 2. We had two villas one with the beach view and the other one was the forest view. In both villas, the cleanliness was out of the window. Dusty, hairs,smells, were everywhere. On the 2nd day when we had the room cleaned, they weren’t doing a great job job in cleaning hence explaining the conditions of the villas when we checked in. 3. Pool cleaners. One of our villas were beach view. When the pool cleaners were cleaning the pool, the leaves or branches cleaned from the pool were straight away dumped right next to it (towards the outside parameters) which happens to be our exit door from the villa towards the beach which explains the dirty/muddy conditions of the door gateway itself. No other luxury hotels does this. 4. Breakfast, breakfast staff, buggy service staff engagements were superb and top notch. Even the staff at the high tea and game lounge were superb. Why cant you have these kind of staff operates the reception? These staffs portfolios the identity of a luxury resort service but the staffs at the reception were 180 different. Even OYO hotels receptions speaks better and professionally than them. 5. As much as i would love to spend money for luxury resorts and good experience with my family, these is simply not it for the amount paid. Its not a resort where you checked in and say, every penny worth it. Again, this is my honest review regarding my stay and for the amount money spent. Not to hurt a business but if you want improvements, do so. If not, your negative feedbacks from the review sections will just keep piling up.

The beach is nice & water is very clear. will come again to get peace of mind

I don’t know where to start!!! This was far out one of the worse hotel i stayed!!! considering 5 star hotel, Kasturi in my eyes can not even get 3 stars. The day we arrived strike one was extremely dirty sheets and horrible private pool water, we immediately informed the house keeping, they did changed the sheets however according to the guy who clean the pool water was clean. “ please see the pictures and you decide” i saw many Balinese style pools this was not like it. Water was green and even we experienced monkeys swam in it during our stay. Dinner time we went to hotel restaurant and guess what inside shrimp linguine there was bug!!! They were kind enough to offer free desert we kindly refused! Portions are small and over priced. They even gave us expired water in bottle, which they were kind enough to refund us back instead of compensating. It is almost impossible to sit outside unless you want to become free food for mosquitoes 🦟 even inside the premises it was same. We understand it is a forest retreat but come on sleeping with mosquitoes in 5 star hotel because they forget to give us mosquito repellent machine not acceptable. I don’t even mention about room cleaning because it was horrible please see my pictures I attached curtains walls cabinets, room service rinse cups with water only instead of change them!!! We complained than they gave us dishwasher liquid and a sponge in 5 star hotel!!! Our internet was out because we were over our quota not to mention it wasn’t working properly anyway! I can write a lot more but i think it was enough to express my feelings Kasturi definitely not worth to stay. This was the first holiday i was excited to be finished all because of our experience in Kasturi. Highly recommend not to choose it !!!

I love to stay here very much. Came with my family for a short stay, we enjoyed our time here due to its spacious villa, located in front of the beautiful beach of Cherating, got private pool thats one of the most important part, excellent hospitality by the hotel's staff, the foods were great! And got free snacks and soft drinks too in the fridge.

This hotel has a quiet and private environment. It is suitable for couples and families. It offers spacious rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food.

酒店整體還不錯，但是性價比一般。到酒店時間比較晚，歡迎水果就沒了。另外這種底層度假屋難免會有蜥蜴之類的小動物進入房間，不適應者謹慎選擇。

酒店很Chill又乾淨，服務員也很親切👍
