姆杜克梅尼爾別墅 (Munduk Menir Villas)

My recent stay at Munduk Menir Villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted me. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the panorama from the swimming pool was a feast for the eyes, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The sunsets were particularly mesmerizing, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink that reflected beautifully on the surrounding landscape. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the unparalleled hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made my experience truly special. Whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, their dedication was evident in every interaction.

Fomos muito bem recebidos em munduk menir Villas. O staff era super simpático e atencioso. Perguntavam sempre se estamos satisfeitos e que pretendíamos alguma coisa no quarto. O quarto era muito espaçoso, com mini bar, água… não tem ar condicionado, mas não é necessário. Jantamos sempre no restaurante do hotel porque a comida era deliciosa. Não sentimos necessidade de sair. Fizemos massagem e foi um momentos muito agradável.  O hotel tem duas piscinas infinitas, uma delas de aqua aquecida, que para a temperatura que se fazia sentir, sabia muito bem.  Aconselho vivamente.

Munduk Menir Villas was an amazing place to stay. From friendly service in arranging our transfer from the airport, to a lovely welcome. Such a unique place with amazing views. Especially the staff made our stay very special. Caring service for all our meals, pool-time and roasting marshmallows at the fire. We hope to visit again in the future!

В целом неплохо , но соотношение цена/качество хромает. В нашем номере даже телевизора не было, зато красивый вид с террасы и из ресторана. Общий бассейн крохотный и очень уставший, один холодный, второй теплый. Номера тоже очень простенькие, в душе нет перегородки и лейки, что крайне неудобно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Но больше одной ночи мы бы здесь оставаться не хотели.

У отеля потрясающие интерьер и расположение. Нам попалась не видовая вилла, но даже при том, что это не совсем то, чего мы ожидали, все участники поездки остались в полном восторге. Очень чисто и уютно, потрясающие завтраки, бассейн просто вау Остались довольны на 100% Отдельная особенность, которую я еще ни у кого не видела - послеобеденный чай, который входит в стоимость проживания

Superb location, located deep in the heart of Munduk, it is very secluded and will take a while to reach the resort, but the views are worth it! 1 think to keep in mind, if your intentions are to lounge next to the pool or on the balcony, phenomenal place to be! But if you intend to explore Munduk, well there isn't much to do and much to eat, but luckily Spices, the in-house restaurant, was excellent as a dinner spot and I was very satisfied with the food. Luckily there was also breakfast, no buffet type and instead offers local or western fares, it was delicious and filling, which is good since there is no breakfast spots anywhere within 30 minutes around there. But the best part of the villa is the customer service and staff members, from book in to check out, we were pampered and well taken cared of with all of our needs resolved, as they will prepare and ask you ahead of time anything you need and even for breakfast, will ask what you would like to eat the night before and if there are any allergies before even going to the room! For the room, i have to say, while the theme is on point, with wood structure, large spaces, and the thoughtfulness transferring into the space with fridge, paid snacks, WiFi and full drinks selections, definitely some refurbishment can be considered for some of the fittings, such as the shower heads and potentially the floor even, as it is creaking and a bit sticky, splinters so far didnt experience any thankfully. All in all, I would definitely choose this place for a all day relaxation by the pool type of stay, just be warned, there is no AC, so it may get kinda warm inside but it can be freezing without a heater at night. But come for the top class and warm service by the team, they really elevate the experience indeed.

Приехали вечером и нам сообщили, что ресторан на ремонте, предложили поужинать в номере. Еду ждали 1ч, многих позиций не было в меню. Еда была не вкусная, курицу не возможно было есть, на утро заказали завтрак и обнаружили там волос, доедать естественно не стали. Затычка в ванной не работала и вся вода выливалась, горячая вода быстро кончилась, хватило ровно на 7-10 минут, на эту проблему мы указали персоналу, на что они нас уверяли, что все нормально работает и чтобы снова горячая вода поступила нужно подождать еще 2 часа.

Фантастический вид из номера, очень красивые закаты, очень уютная ванна с большим панорамным стеклом. На теории есть парковка, два бассейна: холодный и тёплый, ресторан во время нашего прибывания не работал, потому еду приносили прямо в номер. Есть телевизор, интернет, большая кровать с балдахином, в номере нет кондиционера, подъезд к отелю по очень узкой и скользкой дороге.

Hotel calme, reposant, niché dans la montagne. Suite tres belle. Bonne cuisine. Équipe agréable, professionnelle et dévouée. Ils ont même réussi à nous trouver un taxi pour aller vers Ubud un jour de fête ! Note : petit ballon d'eau chaude donc il faudra choisir entre prendre un bain ou 2 douches. Autrement rien à dire, nous sommes trés satisfaits de notre séjour et nous recommandons l'endroit sans hésiter.

Great hotel with an amazing view, pool, and restaurant—I stopped by later and the property itself is definitely high-quality. However, be aware that their management is very rigid regarding booking changes. They were unwilling to accommodate any date changes or partial refunds, even due to personal circumstances. A solid place to stay, but be 100% sure of your plans before booking.
