房間大，55平米非常寬敞。屋內很乾凈，毛巾床鋪潔白乾爽。 靠裡面的戶型晚上很安靜，聽不到路上的摩託車聲音。 服務態度好，早飯味道好。 酒店在水明漾的很熱鬧的一條街上，去海灘走路10分鐘。 房間裡會有一些黴味，電視馬桶啥的比較舊了，不過這些對我不影響。

第一次住咁差酒店，床上有蟲，被單又汙糟，call左人換等左半個鐘都冇人理，服務又差，打去客服投訴先話幫我地換房間，仲要落去前台詢問先處理，體驗極差。 早餐選擇種類少，而且退房時前台態度都一般。

우선 마지막날 저녁 비행기라면 24시간 체크인&아웃 가능한 여기가 좋네요...~~시설도 좋고 아침도 좋고 특히 루프탑 수영장 한가로워서 좋습니다...재방문 의사 있네요

Unfortunately we weren't blown away by the hotel. The app they use is very annoying and you get constantly spammed with promotions/ads and messages from hotel staff.

Very nice hotel to stay in seminyak. Perfect location, perfect service and staff. The room is spacious and quite clean. The mattress is perfection so you will défini have a deep sleep. Amazing roof top pool with the restaurant next to it. Very nice place to enjoy your breakfast in the morning which is quite tasty with a great selection. You also have a gym if you like exercising with a lot equipments. I will recommend without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Crosspasha Seminyak Hotel with breakfast included. The hotel was comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant. A special mention to Enjel—she was incredibly friendly, kind-hearted, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return!

Horrible customer service. They damaged my snap charger $130 and tried to compensate with a $30 meal voucher. I refused and they just ignored the issue. Didn't even bother chasing the manager, with this kind of service I'll most definitely never come back or recommend. Water pressure was ridiculous as well.

I love the hotel's location in a walking distance to many stores. You can walk to Ku De Ta from the hotel to enjoy the morning walk.

All staff, from the reception, to the pool, to the restaurant were absolutely awesome, nice and so helpful. The pool is beautiful, breakfast options are very good and delicious. Location is only a 2 minute walk from Seminyak Square. Would highly recommebd.

Very nice hotel to stay in seminyak. Perfect location, perfect service and staff. The room is spacious and quite clean. The mattress is perfection so you will défini have a deep sleep.
