付近でのコンベンション時に宿泊。価格を鑑みると非常に良かった。部屋も綺麗で不満はないし（ところどころカーテンにシミなどはある）、レストランも近くにあるバリコレクションの店舗群と大して変わらずエリアを考えたら安い。プール、ジム、SPA、ルームサービスとサービス。設備も一般的なものは揃っている。各スタッフもみなフレンドリーで親切。一點、プールの水があまりきれいではないのが気になる。

Great hotel. Rooms are very well maintained, clean, large, and cozy. The pool is the highlight and I loved spending time there. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the beach or Bali Collection. Value for money is insane. I highly recommend it.

Отель хороший, но до море далековато) И приехали поздно, там все в 23:00 закрывается , поесть не получилось , но к счастью, в отеле есть услуга еды в номер , голодными нас не оставили к счастью!)

recently stayed at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel for a weekend getaway, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Отличный отель! Стандартные номера у них просто люкс. Завтраки превосходные. Единственное что немного огорчает, что нет собственного пляжа.

Très bonne hôtel , très accueillant ! Propre et lieu très bien entretenu , la réception sent si bon!! 🥰, petit dej Buffet incroyable !! Il y en a pour tout les goût , la piscine est super belle ! Je le recommande pour les familles et les couples ! Bien localise ! ❤️

ヌサドゥアのゲートからほど近く、とても清潔で朝食が本當に美味しい。ヌサドゥアエリアの他のホテルに比べて安く、良いサービスが受けられる。しかし、プライベートビーチはないため、海に行くには15分ほど歩く必要があり、他のホテルを突っ切っていく必要がある。シャワーの水圧が弱い。

After booking a three-night stay with plans to potentially extend, we were forced to check out early due to the hotel's shockingly inflexible attitude. I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but this was the first time I felt truly disrespected as a guest. When I ordered food from an external restaurant (as I had every right to do), the staff refused to provide cutlery, claiming it was ‘against policy’ unless I ordered from their overpriced room service. Imagine being told to ‘eat with your hands’ in a so-called 5-star hotel!This wasn't about utensils - it was about being treated like a walking wallet rather than a valued guest. While the staff is friendly and the property itself is beautiful and the bed comfortable, except stained linen and grayish old towels , true luxury lies in service. They could replace the towels and the bed linen in 5 rooms for the price I paid for one night. And changed some rules related to cutlery in rooms but seems management is not interested.

Ребята пожалуйста не надо ставить такие отелям высокие оценки!!!! Да отель пять звёзд только от пяти звёзд тут нету ничего, ничего хорошего. Да неплохой номер, мебель хорошая, пол деревянный, персонал вышколенный. Ну как отель такого уровня пять звёзд типа не имеет на пляже лежаки, мы жили в тройке до этого и у нас были лежаки на пляже!!! Здесь чтобы сходить на пляж ты едешь до Бали коллекшн, в маршрутке если тебе повезёт в неё залезть, а потом оттуда полчаса пиликать до бесплатного пляжа, почему отеля такого уровня нет пляжа нет лежаков какой-то кошмар!!!! Самое интересное что 8 лет назад я тоже забронировала этот отель, но они нас не заселили заранее и я там же в этом отеле перебронировала отель и уехала в тройку, и в итоге в этой тройке были и лежаки, и вообще отель был больше больше чем эта пятёрка!!! В чём смысл тогда этого отеля??
