We booked a 2bedroom suite with pool and it was great overall. We loved that the pool was clean and heated, and we had a lot of fun relaxing in the pool at night.
The hotel facilities were great overall! Guests could enjoy the VUE beach club with no minimum spending and staff were very helpful and friendly. The drinks and food served in this restaurant were one of the better ones in this area. The infinity pool was great, and we loved that it was deeper.
The rooms itself were fine, but there were signs of its age. There were rust in the mirrors and on the metal furnishing. We've had an issue with one of the aircons in the room, it was churning nosily and leaking badly with one of us slipping from the water puddle. Staff fixed it quickly the next day but this could have been detected before we checked in.

We booked this hotel because it is near the beach and the room we booked is Ocean partial view, we can see the beach but at night we wanted to hear the sound of the waves unfortunately the sound of the party from the club next door was very noisy, so there was no sound of waves but the sound of EDM music.
We ordered pizza at Vue Beach Club took 1.5 hours until finally we canceled our order because it took too long, had complaint several times but every waitress we asked always answered that it was being made but never come.

Service is great. They were really accommodating. You may request for halal food as they have a separate halal kitchen, according to the employee. Pool is awesome.

진짜 최악!!
일단 로비부터 시골 비지니스 호텔을 연상시킵니다.
설마하는 마음으로 체크인하고 객실을 입실햇는데
개인수영장은 지져분해서 들어가기가 싫을정도이고
테라스에는 에어컨실외기가 있어서 테라스 소파에 앉아있을수가 없고 실외기 돌아가는소리에 시끄러워 밤에 잠을 잘수가 없습니다.
객실 실내는 오래되서 낙후된 느낌이 많고 소파쿠션은 냄새가 심합니다.
침대콘센트는 한개밖에 없고 usb 충전은 따로 준비해가야 합니다.
메인풀은 물이 오래됬는지 시원하지 않고
수건도 충분히 비치되어 있지않고 마실 물도 단 한병만 준비되 있어 따로 요청해야합니다.
조식은 1인 1메뉴 주문해야하고 맛이 없습니다.
개인수영장을 사용 할수가 없어 객실 교체를 햇으나 교체한 객실에서 에어컨에서 물이 비오듯 쏟아졌습니다.
모든시설이 관리가 안돼 낙후되고 지져분합니다.
메인풀의 선베드는 얼룩과 오염이 가득하고 튿어진 부분도 많아
휴가의 기분을 망칩니다.
모든것이 리조트 소개의 사진보다 실망스러우며 도저히 더 있을수 없어 중간에 퇴실햇습니다.
퇴실 후 환불조치는 아무리 연락을 해도 처리 해주지 않았습니다.
객실 $50 가격이 딱 적당합니다.
절대 예약하지마세요.

stayed there for 4 nights, it was really nice and it being by the beach is amazing. sadly, the bathtub was not filling. room was amazing though, would definitely go again
