飯店服務超級好！還有24小時的dining！建築漂亮且景色優美，無邊際游泳池也非常美，房間超大且乾淨舒適，有自己的私人游泳池，無人打擾早餐也非常豐盛，是點餐吃到飽的！而且很好吃😋

八年前來，感歎服務一流，每一位工作人員都親切有禮，笑容可掬，成為最愛的酒店。這裡的早餐不是自助預製菜，而是點餐現做，非常健康、新鮮的食物。酒店寧靜安逸，有最壯美的懸崖美景和日落，房間寬敞明亮，風格簡潔，崇尚自然和環保。八年後再次到訪，工作人員的笑容依舊，或許設施稍微有點舊，但依然住得舒適，五天時間哪裡也沒去，就在這裡享受一個平靜放鬆的假期。房間有點小插曲，酒店還送了一頓豐盛的午餐，誠意滿滿，依然還是我最愛的酒店。

必須強烈推薦！酒店整體格調很高端，無邊泳池直接驚艷到我，拍照、休閑都超讚。房間設計感十足，服務也很到位，從細節就能感受到用心，住得特別舒心愜意，一次超棒的體驗！但是房間外面早上起來看到了猴子，所以還是要把門關好，同時，這邊吃飯四個人隨便都要吃個1500元左右，餐食感覺印度尼西亞那邊的餐廳性價比更高。

The hotel have a sense of peace and tranquility once step in. The personal service provided is so delicate and care that makes one like home. The staff responded to the request rapidly and take care the need of the guests. All very polite. The pool is extremely beautiful. I also walked down to the beach and the view of the Indian Ocean is stunning. A cool and nice stay at Uluwatu!

是我住過這麼多酒店裡服務最好的酒店，住過各種幾萬塊的酒店都沒有這個服務好，從來不寫點評這次忍不住不寫了。有微信管家可以聯繫，在國外這一點真的特別好，由於酒店在辦婚禮，有點吵到我，為了表示歉意，直接送了我餐廳的晚餐。我需要買葯，酒店直接阿爾法接送我去附近買葯。退房的時候預約了車去水明漾，報價三百多，結果退房的時侯付款賬單居然沒有車費，一個小時的車程居然免費贈送我了。真的感動到哭……而且管家微信一直都是秒回，態度非常的好，非常關心我，還贈送了精油和麵膜給我。現在到了水明漾的阿麗拉才知道差距有多麼大，同一家品牌，水明漾的非常差，各方面都很差，如果再來峇里島，我一定再來烏的阿麗拉，比寶格麗不知道好多少倍。感謝烏的阿麗拉，讓我的行程很開心很幸福。

總體還是好的，但是除蟲消殺在luxury酒店裡麵做的真的一般。景色就lobby那邊好看點，印尼炒麵是酒店裡吃過最不好吃的🥹

The international menu offered a variety of choices, all prepared with the finest ingredients. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, adding to the overall charm of the experience. The resort’s iconic cliff-edge cabana was an unforgettable spot to relax and soak in the panoramic ocean views.
