一個五星級酒店做成這樣真是絕了，電視是擺設嗎？過分了，一點都不乾淨！！！！！！欺詐消費者，房間裡連牙刷都沒有，花740一晚上，就是這個環境！！！！大家不要被騙了！！！！太可惡了，以後再也不會相信了

+Infinity pool was super mooi -infinity pool helaas voor adults only (18+) minder leuk als je nog een kleine hebt en alsnog graag erin wilt zwemmen met de kleine. +ontbijt was belachelijk uitgebreid en lekker! +mooi gelegen aan de strand

This is the best family resort i must say!! We love this place.The staffs are the best daily greetungs smile extra help without asking .Best view and food.Staffs so polite and prompt assistance.Best hotel in Bali.We just miss this hotel.Beautiful decor photographer as well .Highly recommended!

I stayed with family and had kids suite. Room was ready when we went to the hotel. Unfortunately, room had some burn marks on the floor and some other marks in the kids room. Bunk bed was nice and clean and right size. Moment we entered into the main bathroom, there were some bugs in the wash basin. Apart from that room was clean a d big enough. Another challenge was that wash basin in kids bathroom was too low for my 10 yrs old and he couldn't use it. So, if you have a tall kid, may have similar problem. Breakfast buffet was good, variety of food. But somehow the ambience wasn't great in the main building beakfast aread. Plenty of activities of kids, play area, water park, scheduled activities including form dance, movies, sushi making etc are add on. Overall, stay was ok. But i won't consider it as 5 start hotel. May be 4 star hotel category.

家族でオールインクルーシブのプランで宿泊しました。 オールインクルーシブなので何時にどこで何を食べても飲んでも大丈夫なので、料金を気にせず 開放的に過ごすことが出來ました。 全てのレストランのクオリティーも非常に高く、食べ過ぎ、飲み過ぎになってしましました。 施設も充実で、最高の一日を過ごせました。
