Well our stay at Ulaman was magical. It was just what we wanted which was a few days of calm peace with luxury. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was amazing and very clean! The special touches were very well appreciated such as the welcome gifts ( bag and a sarong) ( snacks in the mini bar) and the salt scrub and bubble bath in the bathroom. The beds by the pools were very comfortable and the SPA (plus 60 min massage included) was lovely. We loved the hot and ice baths! The food was decent but we were expecting a little bit more… breakfast was nice but the pastries need to be replaced by better quality goods. We used the hotels car to take us back to the airport and it was a very comfortable car and the friendliest driver. Our overall stay made us very happy and we will make sure to spread the word for others to visit too.

雖然說酒店是2020年開張的，如果以5星酒店的標準來說，設施保養真的做得不夠好，洗手間有一點點黴味，木造浴缸也有黴跡。酒店有2個餐廳，但只有1個廚房，吃的東西都一樣。酒店位置偏僻，最近的便利店坐車也要20分鐘。因為被樹林河流包圍，昆蟲真的很多，入住前要有心理準備。 早餐只能每人點一份餐食，份量不太足夠。重點是為我們服務的女士態度和語氣不好，但她為金髮外國人服務時卻是另一種嘴臉。這間酒店只是拍照打卡的話是很不錯，但我們不會再造訪第二次了。

這間酒店位於叢林之中，是一間環保 追求自然的酒店，你可能會看見 壁虎 蚊子 螞蟻 蒼蠅 蜥蜴 ，如果你非常害怕請不要入住，酒店內有一個瀑布，酒店房間不大，浴室不錯 有防蚊網，私人泳池很乾淨 ，房間有蚊怕水，免費Mini Bar ，如果你崇尚大自然，這是一個很好的選擇，早餐是單點的，可以選擇在房間食，酒店有兩個泳池 ，有免費瑜伽班8-9點 ，冥想班12點至1點 我們check out是12點。職員告知check out後仍可參加冥想班。 酒店還在擴充中 ，你會看見很多裝修人員，但噪音不大，這是一間拍照很美的酒店 。

酒店設計非常獨特令人留下深刻印象，恍似世外桃源。 唯一美中不足就是太多蚊子非常困擾。也許酒店位置處於森林中，這也很難避免。整體來說還是不錯的，很推薦這一家獨特的酒店👍

Absolutely wonderful very magical hotel set alongside a natural river/ waterfall in the jungle.  I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels but this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Staff are super friendly, spa and treatments although more expensive for Bali are truly incredible, bed was super comfortable, architecture is amazing, beautiful setting & delicious food. I tried the complimentary morning yoga and sound healing both were fantastic!! I only stayed one night but wish I stayed two now. Thank you Ulaman Hotel I will come visit you again soon.

Well our stay at Ulaman was magical. It was just what we wanted which was a few days of calm peace with luxury. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was amazing and very clean! We used the hotels car to take us back to the airport and it was a very comfortable car and the friendliest driver. Our overall stay made us very happy and we will make sure to spread the word for others to visit too.
